The second trip to the landfill site

  • A few days later our class entered an art competition to  produce a poster for the Llanddulas Landfill site.

  • The competition was judged by Mr Tabbener and Councillor Brenda Taylor. The six winners were Katie, Kathryn, Tom, Ben P, Ben W. and Raymond.

  • The overall winner was Katie, with a 3D poster.

  • Our trip started in a marquee outside the gas engines. We were presented with our prizes by Councillor Ronnie Hughes, the leader of Conwy County Borough Council. Then we went outside to the gas engines.

  • Katie had the honour of turning on the generators.
